We have designed and supervised a lot of different types of projects such as residential and commercial buildings, commercial & residential complexes, luxury villas, showrooms, office blocks, warehouses, cold stores and factories, etc., for private and Government sectors.
We provide complete consultancy services required for the project such as architectural, engineering and technical Consultancies.
We have a staff team of qualified & well experienced architects, engineers & draftsmen and the services offered are at a very high professional standard using the most advanced tools and techniques. We have an in-house data base computer system, which is constantly updated with all necessary information and serves all its projects. In addition, we are using the latest versions of Auto-cad System, Auto Architect, 3D dimensions, SAP and other software dynamic programs that gratefully facilitate working with complex designs. However, Options Engineering & Consultancy are established in June 2010 in Dubai, Our team of qualified and well experienced Architects and Engineers has no limits in all fields of projects. During the past decades, they have successfully designed and supervised many major projects in United Arab Emirates and Cairo, Kuwait, Qatar, Syria for Government as well as private Sectors. Dr. Mohsen Tomh
CEO
Dr. Mohsen Tomh is an exceptional Engineer and Architect with vast experience in the GCC and Middle East. He holds a Doctorate degree and two Masters degrees from Zurich, Germany. He has several key publications in the fields of construction, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy.
Dr. Mohsen is a hands-on engineer who helped build hundreds of commercial, residential, as well as government buildings in Dubai and the U.A.E. He is also a highly creative architect with outstanding accomplishments in multiple industries.

Gülhanım Sümeyra Aslan (GSA)
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Gülhanım Sümeyra Aslan,one of the leadıng names of the archıtectures’ world sınce 2006, who has realized many Residential and Commercial projects in the domestic and international arena, has often signed architectural and more specific interior design projects in line with her interests and abilities, right after graduated from Archıtecture department of Faculty of Engıneerıng and Archıtect&Interior Architect ın Yeditepe Unıversity. (DOUBLE MAJOR) being the First in the Faculty. the noteworthy works of the studio have been compiled she continues her professional life with the confidence of blending the disciplines of Architecture in Dubai simultaneously with Turkey.
Her works has received international attention very early with the Mass Housing Project which was recognized as selected Work by the Best Architecture of the Year Awards for European Architecture in 2006. GSA maıntaıns her brıght posıtıon ın the ındustry for 17 years wıth her projects of offıce buıldıngs, factory showroom and management unıts, hotel projects, resıdence and house projects. after experımental success ın archıtecture ans ınteriors she ıs now more concentrated ın combınıng herıtage desıgn with modern archıtecture.By thıs composıtıon she aıms to redıfıne contemporary archıtecture and create new projects.
Eng. Allan Wayne Silang
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Mr. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Batangas State University. Highly experienced MEP Manager with 19 years of expertise in the field. Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects while ensuring timely completion and excellent results. Specialized knowledge in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experienced in managing team of engineers and technicians for successful completion of projects.

Designing and Supervising of all MEP works as per Dubai Municipality Regulations (Green Building Regulation and Specification), DEWA Standards and Civil Defense Regulations.

Leads and co-ordinates the MEP design team in order to achieve the targeted and committed submission date to Clients and discussion to Local Authorities for approval.

Eng. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University with over 30 years of experience.
Dubai Creek Tower, is an upcoming tallest observation tower to be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates,Ras Al Khor, at a preliminary cost of AED 3.67 billion and is expected to be completed in2020. The tower was initially known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour.

Also have a Comprehensive knowledge of design standards and codes (Egyptian Codes of Practice, ACI, UBC and British Codes for concrete)
